Commercial roofing
Residential and commercial has been on the truck since the start. Boe Roofing reroofs and repairs shops, storefronts, small warehouses, rental houses and multi-unit buildings across Chico and Oroville, on a schedule that keeps tenants dry and the business open.
What we take on
Flat TPO and torch-down roofs on retail and office buildings. Composition shingle and metal on apartment buildings, fourplexes and rental houses, including whole-property reroofs done building by building. Repairs and leak calls for property managers who need it handled the same week and documented for the owner.
How a commercial job runs
We walk the roof with you or your manager, photograph it, and write a bid by building and by scope so it can be budgeted in pieces if it has to be. Work is scheduled around the tenants: no tear-off over an open shop on its busy day, dumpsters placed where the parking is not. The permit is pulled in the owner's name, and the inspection and the manufacturer warranty paperwork come back to you in one envelope.
Common questions
Yes. One call, a written bid with photos, a schedule, and an invoice that names the building. Maintenance visits before the rainy season can be set up for a portfolio.
That is most of them. Tear-off is staged so no section is open overnight, and tenants get a notice with the days and the hours before we start.

Say what the roof is doing, what kind of roof it is if you know, and which town you are in. We call back to talk it through and set a time to look at it. If water is coming in right now, skip the form and call.
